On November 28, Armen Grigoryan, the Secretary of the RA Security Council, met with the members of the joint delegation of the European Service of External Actions and the European Commission on issues of neighborhood and enlargement negotiations, migration and internal affairs, research and innovation, international partnership. The parties discussed the prospects and ways of RA-EU bilateral cooperation in the field of security. In this context, A.
