The Ministry of Defense of Turkey reported that the operation of the joint Russian-Turkish monitoring center in Aghdam will be stopped. The information said, "The process of completing the activities of the joint Russian-Turkish monitoring center established in the city of Aghdam on January 30, 2021, which aims to monitor the ceasefire and prevent violations in the Karabakh region in accordance with the memorandum signed between Turkey and Russia, continues with the coordination between Azerbaijan and Russia."
